How to collect my wristband

1. Pre-order your wristband
2. Browse the participating venues and deals online
3. Collect your wristband from one of our pick-up points which will be announced closer to the event taking place.At our collection point, all you have to do is show the staff your ticket barcode which will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.4. Use your wristband in each of our participating venues for unlimited discounts

How do I buy a wristband?

You can purchase a wristband on our website via the 'Buy My Wristband' buttons when our new dates are announced.

Where do I collect my wristband?

Collect your wristband from one of our pick-up points! Which will be announced closer to the event

Can I collect a wristband for my friend?

Yes, as long as you have the QR available to scan, you can collect on behalf of your friends.

Can I replace my wristband during the event?

During the 10 days, for any reason you need to replace your wristband You can cut off your fabric wristband and replace at one of the collection points Please note: You must hand back your cut wristband before you can recieve your new one

How long are wristbands valid for?

All Cocktail Festival wristbands are valid for the entire 10 days of the event.

How do I redeem the deals and signature cocktails?

All you have to do is show your wristband to a member of staff at all the participating venues! We would recommend doing this as you enter each venue, and when you go to pay / receive the bill! We recommend booking tables in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do any of the cocktails have a vegan or alcohol-free version??

We’re pleased to say there is a huge variety of vegan & alcohol-free cocktails on offer in our lineup.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund on Cocktail Festival wristbands.
